This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Ascend Wellness Holdings

(“AWH”, “Us”, “Our”, or “We”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information

collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.AWHoldings.com website

(“Site”). This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) applies to the Site and

communications generated via the Site, and by providing personally identifiable

information to us or by using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and

understand this Privacy Policy. The Site and the information provided in this

We ask that you not send us any sensitive personal information about yourself or
